A novelty that you will immediately fall in love with. Velvet Matt creates a wonderful velvety impression with a smooth surface. Many matte gels cannot be used on white or light shades, but with this product you don't have to worry about that and use it on any shade without fear! Apply Velvet Matt in a thin layer.

TIP: When applying to darker shades of color gels and gel polishes with a strong dispersion layer, we recommend wiping the hardened color layer with 99% Cleaner before applying the matte, thus ensuring that the final effect will be perfectly velvety without streaks.
